It was established as a result of accumulated experience in the field of real estate and various residential and commercial contracting, in addition to establishing many different industrial and commercial projects within the Kingdom that extended for more than 35 years and in several Saudi cities. The group's business is based on two main sections: 2- Diversified real estate investment business, including but not limited to (buying and selling commercial lands, investing in various commercial lands for the purpose of establishing projects with long-term contracts, real estate brokerage, building commercial exhibitions, real estate consulting, etc.) 1- Diversified commercial investment business (food industries, chemical industries, private schools, computer technology, establishing and operating factories, commercial and industrial consulting, trading in dates, coffee and nuts, providing commercial consulting, etc.) Since contracting is the beginning under the name of Delmon Investment and Real Estate Business in Riyadh for villas and residential buildings, it has developed into building commercial and office complexes and commercial exhibitions, and then owning lands for the purpose of building on them on the main roads and streets in major cities, as well as hotels, furnished apartments, schools, etc. Given the diversity of the needs and requirements of the real estate market in general, we have entered into investing in commercial lands directly from the owners for the purpose of establishing various projects on them according to the needs and requirements of the site.
